This 46 year-old gentleman had severe upper eyelid hooding to the extent that his upper peripheral vision was compromised. This patient experienced a typical recovery associated with an upper blepharoplasty and is shown three months after his procedure. The surgery itself requires minimal recovery time and incision lines are hidden in the natural creases of the upper eyelids, producing little, if any, scarring.
