Applicator Now Available for Saddlebags Treatment
CoolSculpting has just introduced the CoolSmooth applicator designed to treat outer thighs. This applicator does not rely on suction to deliver cooling as the other applicators do and consequently can treat “non-pinchable” bulges.

The outer thigh is a tough area to treat with CoolSculpting because the fat in that area is usually visceral and fibrous, and this type of fat does not draw into the applicator well. We have seen good results on inner thighs with the CoolFit applicator.
Your doctor should be able to tell if your saddlebags can be treated. If you can draw into the applicator it should work. If you don’t have a good draw, frankly don’t waste your money.

There is a small applicator that will work on areas such as the saddlebags. However, there has to be enough volume (fat tissue) to be able to maintain the suction of the applicator.
Sometimes that area of the body just doesn’t have a large enough fat pocket to work with this device.
