Zeltiq works very well for stubborn upper arm fat. Typically, about 20-25% of the fat that gets sucked into the applicator slowly disappears over several weeks to months. If the overlying skin is loose, however, laser liposuction might be a better alternative because it tightens the skin more than zeltiq can.
