The CoolSculpting procedure itself lasts for about an hour. The applicator is placed on the area of the body where the undesired bulge is. The most common areas that we treat in our practice are the love handles and abdomen.
The applicator has a cycle that runs for 60 minutes. That means that if we are doing two applications on the body, then the patient would be here for about two hours. Coolsculpting is not typically something that we recommend a regimen of in the same area.
