When liposuction patients are selected appropiately the death rate is very low.
High BMI and the combination of BBL with lipo has shown higher mortality rates associated
with pulmpnary artery embolization but this may be reduce by good technique and patient selection.

DVT is related to slow flow in the veins when patients undergo
prolonged operations. The preoperative condition of the patient
venous system as well as family history, use of birth control
pills or devices, general anesthesia and high BMI are known risk
factors. To my knowledge there is not a relationship establish between

If the CML is stable and your clotting parameters normal you may be able to
have your chosen procedure after oncologist clearance and thorough discussion
and evaluation by a boars certified plastic surgeon. I would prefer to avoid implants and long procedures. Best wishes.

It could have been a hematoma or an occlusion either one
are risks and can happen in the best injector hands.
Having had 2 incidents I would suggest to stay away from fillers
for a year. Then the indentation alone may be treated without 
augmenting the lip and see how you tolerate it and if  you like it. 
Then if everything is well you will need to make a decision with your 
doctor to discuss if the risks of injecting the lip are worth it.
Be conservative and cautious. Best wishes.
