I would recommend full revision tummy tuck. The rectus diastasis is above the belly button and therefore the dissection needs to go that high anyway. After repair there will be more redundant skin that will need to come out at the lower abdominal incision.

Is it possible to get a BA while breastfeeding?

I would recommend waiting 6 months after breast feeding. The breasts should be back to normal size and milk production should have ceased. Good luck with the process

The short answer is yes they can be lowered. 15-20 units in the forehead should suffice. Make sure the injector is board certified. A more cost efficient way/illusion is to wax your eyebrows so there is not as high of a peak

Thank you for your question. I believe you would be best served with a tummy tuck. You seem to have excess skin and small amount of fat that would best be served by an excision procedure.

Thank you for your question. You likely had a seroma that was not drained by the the drain that was placed. You do have wound dehiscence. This will heal with wet to dry dressing changes. The question is will this heal faster with a wound VAC. I would tell you that it would probably heal faster with a wound vac but does your insurance compensate for that if this was a pure cosmetic procedure? In the end you will heal - question is how long it will take you to heal.

Will liposuction help me? I am 5'3 and 155 lbs. I have had 2 kids delivered via c-section.

Thank you for your question. I believe you would be best served with a tummy tuck. This would alleviate your skin and stretch marks while at the same time correcting your rectus diastasic. Good luck

Breast reduction and lift. Can anything be done?

Thank you for your question. While the photos are grainy and have poor resolution it does appear that you have excess skin of the lateral fold of the right breast. This can be revised by simple excision and should be within the wheelhouse of a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question. All plastic surgeons have their different parameters for returning to activity. In my practice I let my patients go back to doing everything they did preoperatively at 6 weeks. Again consult with your plastic surgeon for his/her recommendations

I can't decide if a breast reduction is the right choice for me. Will the scarring be worth the results?

Overall I tell my patients that my breast reduction patients are the happiest patients in our practice for a few reasons, Firstly, we improve neck, shoulder, back pain and the close second is we make the breasts higher, tighter, prettier. Universally most patients wish they did the surgery years ago

5 weeks post op breast reduction, will my breasts continue to get smaller?

Thank you for your question. It may take up to 6 months for all swelling to go away but about 90 % of it is gone after 6 weeks. The small asymmetries you are pointing out "side spillage" are normal slight discrepancies that should be expected after this type of surgery. Although we strive for it, we will never get perfect twins for breasts postoperatively

Thank you for your question. While it is hard to tell from just a picture it looks as though you have small skin separation and associated drainage from this which can be green at times. This does not mean you are infected. Dressing changes and time will heal this. If breast turns red and painful with increasing drainage this may be a sign of infection.

Would it be possible to have both breast reduction and liposuction in one total surgery?

Thank you for your question. If the total combined surgery will take less than 8 hours then yes the surgeries can happen at the same time. After 8 hours preoperative complication risk steps up significantly. I would tell you that an overnight observation in a hospital or surgery center is probably warranted after a lengthy surgery and would definitely inquire about this if it is over 4 hours.

Thank you for your question. I believe you will not see a difference with 25 cc and too often patients get hung up on a number. I will tell you this, if there is ever a slight disappointment after surgery it would be that the patient wishes she went a little bigger. Ultimately consult with your plastic surgeon for the best size match

Breast augmentation problem: was the pocket not made right if the breast did not drop?

Thank you for your question. The revision rate for augmentation mastopexy which it looks like you had can be up to 15 % in the best of hands. Remember always chose a board certified plastic surgeon. Unfortunately revision is a real possibility in your case.

I'm prone to scarring, can I downsize my implants without a lift and terrible scarring?

Thank you for your question. The short answer to your question is yes I believe you can downsize, but probably no more than 75 cc. Remember the first thing you will notice is less upper pole fullness which for most they are fine with but for some is not expected postoperatively
