The short answer is yes. Yes you can achieve an aesthetic improvement in shape and size with fat transfer alone, and yes, combining it with a lift and areola reduction will likely improve the results over fat transfer alone. You may need more than one transfer to get the best results. You will not look like you have implants. Most patients take a week off of work. Hope this helps.

I would encourage you to speak with both your surgeon and your insurance company to confirm the required grams. 500 grams per breast (1000 total) is more in line with what we typically see, but every plan is different. You will need to confirm the specifics with your plan. Once you determine grams, your surgeon should be able to give you a better idea of expected results.

Fat transfer can also be staged and performed after explant, and fat transfer can be repeated for patients who want additional volume. Your "before" photo is what many patients would like as there "after" photo. I do not think you would benefit from a breast lift. Shape, nipple position, skin quality all appear to be excellent. If you want larger breasts then a breast augmentation (without a lift) is what I would recommend. If you are happy with the size of your breast I wouldn't do anything.

I would recommend a tummy tuck based on your photos. You have a some minor fat bulges that lipo alone could address, but the skin laxity is really the main aesthetic issue.
