Hello and thank you for your question. Either procedure would be fine going first. I would probably recommend a tummy tuck and BBL first; this will give you a small waist and will give you an idea on how big of an implant you would want. I would not stage the BBL & Tummy tuck; you will need all the fat possible in order to transfer to the buttocks separating these will be a waste of fat.

However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what surgery is best for you....

Hello and thank you for your question. In order to have optimal results after a tummy tuck it is best that you have reached your goal weight. I recommend calling the surgeon you have in mind asking for their BMI requirements this will give you an idea as to where your weight should be. After a tummy tuck it is best to wait at least 6 weeks prior to getting back into the gym, it is recommended to ease back into your old routine.

Hello and thank you for your question. For not just optimal results but for your health and safety I would highly recommend weigh loss through a healthy lifestyle via dieting and exercise. The closer you are to your goal weight the better the results! Once your goal weight has been met you may consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. If you have a surgeon in mind, you should call and ask what is the BMI requirement and they will let you know exactly how much weight to loose.

Typically it takes anywhere between 5-6 hours this all depends on the surgeon, and how much liposuction will need to be done. In my practice the only person performing the surgery will be my self with the use of a surgical assistant.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photos it looks like you have a diastasis recti and you are a perfect candidate for a tummy tuck. Since having a baby involves weight gain and abdominal skin stretching, I would recommend waiting at least a year after the C-section this will give your body a chance to recover. without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine the exact size
of implant that would be best for you. It is best that you visit with a board

Hello and thank you for your question. Being 10 weeks post BBL you are still at the early stages of recovery and swelling may still be present. Unfortunately, the only way to get to the bottom of all your concerns is to be evaluated in person. If you are truly unhappy with your results, I would recommend discussing this with your surgeon.

Hello and thank you for your question. Many physicians have BMI requirements; I would recommend asking your plastic surgeon if he/she requires a certain BMI prior to surgery. This will let you know whether to lose weight or not. For better results it is best that you are at your goal weight. Based on your photo it looks like you have Diastasis recti (also known as muscle separation) and the only way to repair this is via an abdominoplasty. I would recommend having both procedures at once.
