CoolSculpting reduces fat. Liposuction does too. But neither process removes all the fat cells from the treated area. Bear in mind that weight gain means your body is holding more fat in all your fat cells, including those still there after lipo or CoolSculpting. It is possible to see your area of concern in your photos. Without examining you though it is impossible to tell if this is normal swelling, a collection of fluid or seroma, loose skin or muscle looseness. However, your surgeon has done a great job of taking out extra skin without making a fleur de lis incision. My suggestion is that you follow up as your surgeon has requested and that you give yourself more time to heal. Enjoy your results

I am sorry that you need to plan a revision surgery for your breasts. I cannot tell enough from a photo want may be the best procedure for you, but it is likely that any manipulation of implant, skin or scar capsule requires a trip to the operating room. Perhaps your surgeon has an operating room in the office? Please make sure that your surgeon is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has an office operating room. If not, consider a second opinion.
