It is not unusual to feel a tightness in the chest after breast implants. I am not sure what you mean by (can’t breathe). A visit to your regular doc seems in order. I wouldn’t want to offer false reassurance based upon incomplete information.All the best.

Is Tummy tuck my only option?

Liposuction will address problems of excess fat, but not of excess skin and lax abdominal muscles. A TT can accomplish all three. I would probably not recommend consideration of a TT if you are considering another pregnancy. I doubt that any liposuction outcome would be satisfactory though. An in person consultation with a plastic surgeon will be far more useful than a photo only consult. All the best.

It is most difficult to offer advice without photos. Some asymmetry is to be expected early on (first 3 months) until the implants have settled. I would suggest a visit to your surgeon to discuss the issues of concern. All the best.

Following growth during pregnancy, will my breast size decrease with weight loss of 30-40 pounds?

Since your breasts increased in size with the weight gain of pregnancy, it is most likely (though not certain) that there will be a size decrease as you lose 30-40 pounds. It is hard to predict this for an individual, however. Work on the weight loss, and address any issues with your surgeon should they ariseAll the best.

Photo, unfortunately is not very helpful. The narrative suggests that you have a fluid collection under the skin, and this will need to be addressed by your surgeon. A call to make an appointment ASAP is in order. All the best.

Did my breast sag after Breast Augmentation?

I assume the “before” picture is really an early “after” photo rather than a pre-surgery picture. In the upper picture, the implants appear full in the upper poles of the breasts, and since that time they have settled as the pectoralis muscles have relaxed to accommodate the new implants. It is possible (maybe) but probably not advisable. Without photos and measurements it is difficult to make any recommendation. Furthermore, your idea of a DD may not correspond to mine–there are no fixed definitions.One common limitation is a widely used guideline to avoid using implants wider than a patient’s own breast tissue. This is to avoid complications, and to create a relatively natural appearance. An in person consultation with a plastic surgeon is in order. All the best.

This looks like a bruise or a reaction to tape. Colors don’t always reproduce faithfully on pictures. Best bet is patience–most likely is that this will resolve without treatment. If not there are medications and lasers that can be considered.All the best.

It is a bit difficult on these still photos to tell if there is a size difference, but if there is using different sized implants sounds like a good plan. So does the choice of incision and placement. I am a bit puzzled by how different the breasts appear on the photos you have posted. On the “non-erect” photos the areolas appear quite different than on the “erect” photos. The kind of lift you would be considering would involve incisions around the areolas only, and I would recommend that…

My recommendation is a face to face with your surgeon to discuss options. Although CC is not “dangerous” it is obviously interfering with the outcome of your surgery. Treatment is available, and this will likely include placement of the implants behind the muscle,and likely a change of implants. You should not accept the pain without at least discussing your options.All the best.

Best review of the pros and cons of breast enhancement surgery will come in the setting of an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon. The breast enhancement technique that does not require implants uses your own fat to graft into the breast tissue. But that does require an adequate supply of excess fat which many do not have.
