Without a proper examination it is impossible to tell if your measurements are accurate. That being said, I doubt that 16 cm is an accurate BWD for you. At 5'3" I would expect a something smaller. I would run, not walk away from a situation like that. Your caring family medicine doctor was likely trained at a weekend course and he/she has no other formal surgical training. I would not recommend having liposuction from anyone who isn't board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

The short answer is no, 295 is not the max implant size for a BWD of 12 cm.  There are high and ultra-high profile implants that are larger and would fit that breast width.  A very important questions is, what are your goals?  A 295 cc implant will likely increase your cup size by 2, so a D or DD.  Without an in person exam it is impossible to make recommendations.  Further discussions with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery is your best option.

Although the non-invasive procedures can reduce the amount of fat in the area of the lower abdomen, they are not good at tightening the skin.  You may be left with a flatter tummy but the excess skin (and therefore the C-shelf) might persist.  Another option would be a mini tummy tuck with liposuction.  Seek out an in-person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss.

Based on your photos I think you are a great candidate for breast lifting.  That procedure will reshape and elevate your breasts and give you a perkier breast as well as give you smaller areolas.  Seek out a board certified specialist in your area for a consultation.

In general I think a 650 cc implant would be too large for a person with your frame.  You have very small breasts (only 127 grams tissue) and likely have a tight ski envelope.  The models in your wish pictures all have much more natural breast tissue than yours so your results will look different even if you use a very large implant.  My suggestion is to adjust your expectations and choose a safer size implant.

Without an in person exam it is hard to tell what is going on but I don't think you are at risk for any major complications.  Since things are feeling different you might have flipped your implant front to back.  This is not dangerous but sometimes results in a slight change in shape of the breast.  Make a follow up appointment with your plastic surgeon at your earliest convenience to get things checked out.

It's hard to be sure without an in-person exam but you appear to be a good candidate for full tummy tuck.  Scar location will need to be discussed with your plastic surgeon but a low scar is always desirable.  Sometimes a small midline vertical scar is necessary to get a low transverse scar.  This can be discussed with your surgeon at the time of your consultation.  Good luck with the process.

You are a great candidate for breast augmentation.  Given you goals (a result similar to Kate Hudson) and only wanting to go one cup size larger you can expect excellent results.  Although you are a candidate for shaped implants, I don't think they are required to achieve your goals.  Small round submuscular implants will look great on your frame.  If you wanted to be significantly larger (say a D cup) then shaped implants might give a more natural shape but for your stated goals, round ...

From your photos it appears that you are healing nicely and I don't see any evidence of lateral displacement.  You are very early in the post operative period and you are having your doubts about whether you made the right decision to have surgery or not.  This is very normal and many patients go through it.  Just hang in there!  Your implants will "drop and fluff" over the next 2 to 3 months and will look more natural and be softer.  Have patience, I think you will have a very nice result.

Contrary to what you have heard, shaped implants do not feel more natural than round ones.  Shaped implants are definitely more firm than natural breasts.  Having said that there are some definite pros and cons with shaped implants.  As stated in many of the other answers here, the downside of shaped implants are 1. the risk of rotation (in my experience this is about 5%) and 2. the risk of texturing (which is very small, especially if you avoid Allergan textured implants).  The pros of th...
