So many factors play in BBL results, the most crucial one is how much fat you have left elsewhere, and who did your original two BBLs. If the surgeon was a board certified plastic surgeon who operated at a certified facility and had done a ton of BBL’s you are in good hands. If not see one. You should ask how many BBLs have you done on women in my situation doctor? Do not settle for a vague answers. A minimum of fifty a year would be the answer I would accept. Good luck.

Surgeons in the DR are good but the facilities, including anesthesia providers, are not as good. Shop around, do not settle for someone who has done a few Brazilian butt lift. Any surgeon that would embark on this procedure must have a certified facility and board certification by the American Society of plastic surgery. In over one thousand consecutive primary breast surgeries, I don’t remember once using a drain. Your weight and photo suggest that you will get a good result, but the number of ccs you need to achieve it can not be determined. I routinely take every cc you can offer, divide it into two canisters and graft the fat superficially and safely to give you the roundness (if not the volume) you need.
