You will clearly get the best answer by going to a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person evaluation. 
That said, from your description do not think that size is too big, but think likely that a high profile implant will give you a better shape for your body frame.
There is no question that also you will need a mastopexy ( a lift)) to get a good result as well.

Clearly an in person evaluation and consultation will be necessary to get an accurate estimation of your final size.  However, you look like you have a relatively small frame and 415 cc implants are fairly large for your frame.  I think you would at least get a double D bra size with these implants. In my office,we do sizing with a combination of Vectra 3-D imaging as well as using the mentor implant sizing system.  The combination gives us a lot of information to help you pick your implant ...

I would suggest that you should see your surgeon.  I do not think you have capsular contracture at this point.  The inflammation may be a fungal infection.  I have seen a few after breast surgery and it looks very similar.

I do not believe that there is any benefit for a permanent suture around the areola.  I have had many patients who have had prior periareolar mastopexies with permanent blocking sutures from other surgeons.  In most of these cases, the areolar is stretched out with a large diameter however there remains a permanent marking suture at a smaller diameter.  I do not think the Gore-Tex wagon wheel is an improvement on this at all.  The skin of the breast is not strong enough to provide a lon...

From your photographs, I do not see anything that makes me worried.  Your implants seem to be in good position, your incisions are healing well, and there is no evidence of infection.I am not certain why your having these issues, but I expect they will go away.For a better answer, I would suggest returning to see your surgeon.

I'm sorry about the trouble you're having with her breasts.  Hypertrophic scarring frequently does benefit from steroid injections.  Unfortunately thinning of the skin and fat atrophy are potential complications of steroid injections.Itis unlikely that this issue you are having will get solved with a nonsurgical option.I think your best option will be to have this excised.  Unfortunately, this will again put you at the risk for hypertrophic scarring.I would suggest speaking with a board cer...

I am glad that you have a consultation set up in 2 days.  From your photographs, it is not clear to me whether you would benefit from a lift or not.  You were certainly "on the cusp ".  And in person examination of the tissue gives a much better ability for any plastic surgeon to give a good answer to questions when things are not clear from photographs.Good luck with your upcoming consultation.

I would recommend returning to the operating room to wash out the hematoma. Aspirating will remove any with liquefied hematoma but not the more solid hematoma. If you leave a hematoma in place, there is evidence that this will increase your chance of capsular contracture down the line.

Although you could do liposuction and decrease the amount of fat in your anterior abdomen, I do not think you would be happy with the results.  I think you will be much better served with a full abdominoplasty.  I realize that you are scared about the possible scar, but I think you will get a very nice result from a abdominoplasty.

I personally do not think liposuction requires massage afterwards to get a good result.  I do think the garments are important and need to fit relatively tightly.  I do know that there are surges that recommend massage, but I think it is unlikely that this will get any substantial benefit.

In general, I am not a fan of "mini abdominoplasties".  I do not think most people would get a good result.  Most have too much skin laxity to get a great result. However, there is a small subset of people that primarily have muscle separation with a small amount of skin excess that can get a good result from a smaller procedure.  You fit in this group!In your case, I think you are a perfect candidate for a mini abdominoplasty, with umbilical float, and rectus plication.  This will tight...

I am unclear exactly what you mean by a "gridding pattern".   I would bet that what is commonly done is similar to what you are thinking.  Typically there are multiple sutures from the xiphoid down to the pubic zone placed at an interval of less than 1 inch, and this is done in more than one layer.  I personally start with a layer of interrupted sutures spaced about a centimeter apart, and follow with a running barbed suture that is also spaced about a centimeter apart for the bites.I rep...

I would not worry too much about them being and even at this point. You really needs to wait at least a few months afterwards for that is something that you should get concerned about. Although your breasts will change shape over the next several months, it will not get larger.  If you really know you need larger implants, discuss this with your surgeon.  There is not a specific minimum amount of time you need to wait prior to replacing your implants.
