If you have had your radiesse done and then you put voluma on top just be careful. It has to be layered very carefully. If there is any mixing with the vycross (voluma) filler it can be troublesome. There have been reports of increased nodules. I would get a plan together of exactly what you want to achieve and plan it out over a period of time that financially works for you. Doing one syringe of different fillers at a time may lead to problems.

Thanks for posting your picture. I would be tempted in suggesting a combination of filler in the mental crease and possible in the chin as well. I would also put some botox in the mentalis to relax the muscle.

I would revisit your injector. The injector may be able to temporarily correct the indents or you may have to wait for the botox to wear off.

We use both. I do like the latest Excel V machine as it provides the least discomfort the treatment of port wine stains. I would do the treatment in experienced hands.

We use a combination approach with Picosecond lasers, chemical peels and microneedling. First and foremost has to be sunprotection and a topical regime as well.

This can be removed but it will take time. Even with the picosecond lasers this will not be removed quickly. It will require recovery time of 2-3 month between every treatment and then it will go slowly

Thanks for posting your pictures. Yes! you would benefit from the treatment of the forehead lines. it would make a difference with applying Botox. This would also act as a preventative as well to prevent it getting worse. I would recommend a full face assessment to see what ageing triggers you exhibit.
