If you are having 4 areas of vaser liposuction then I would say you would need 4-7 days off work. Everyone's pain threshold is different but I think having the procedure done on a Saturday and returning to work on a Monday is unlikely. I hope this helps.

You can have another areas treated after as soon as 4 days when all the anaesthetic drugs have worn off As long as you don't put pressure on the area where the fat transfer has been done and there is no Sign of infection . However I tend to wait two weeks after fat transfer before performing more liposuction. If you are considering more fat into the hips then wait 3months. Vaser liposuction is best form of liposuction in my opinion.

Loose skin after liposuction can be addressed using various methods depending on your expectations, downtime, budget and the area to be treated.
Non invasive treatments would include ultherapy or ultraformer. Minimally invasive treatments would include vaser liposuction. A more invasive procedure would be to cut the excessive skin out, for example a tummy tuck.
Cool sculpting does not help tighten loose skin.

I definitely agree that you need vaser liposuction to tighten your skin. Vaser is mich better than traditional liposuction. Vaser will help stimulate collagen production which helps the skin to contract. With the correct aftercare i don't think you will need to cut skin out. In my opinion the vaser liposuction should be enough.
