If response to your question about blood clots the answer would be no. I have never treated a patient on coumadin with CoolSculpt but as long as you are in a therapeutic range (ie your blood is not overly thin) then I would have no issue with it. Congratulations of your CoolSculping! Some minimal discomfort can be expected but should resolve fairly quickly. The great thing about CoolSculpting is that you typically can return to your normal activities immediately. There is no issue having the MonaLisa Touch procedure after hysterectomy. In fact, depending on your hormonal status and subsequent symptoms, this may be the procedure for you. It is common to have a watery, pinkish discharge a few days after the procedure. Bright red blood is not normal. If you think that this is not your normal period then follow up with your PCP for an evaluation.

No! After delivery, I would wait for a re-evaluation once you are done with breastfeeding (assumption here) and your natural hormones have returned to a steady-state. You will have a better idea of what is “normal” and how this procedure may or may not be of benefit to you.
