2) off all the neurotoxins xeomin has the least associated proteins involved so it is the toxin least likely to cause any immunity
3) yiu should wait at least 2 weeks before any touch ups because the toxin has not fully set in to cause full effects till about 14 days

That isn’t a shark bite .. shark bite is when fat is removed leaving a concave marking . This bulge is convex and highly representative of paradoxical adipose hyperplasia . You need to return to the physician that performed the procedure so they can report the case to allergan and will need corrective liposuction

There is no state in the United States that permits aestheticians to inject Botox . That being your first mistake , don’t let injecting filler into your forehead be the second . This is a very dangerous area to inject even for experienced injectors as it can lead to vascular events

That is not PAH , pah usually takes 6-9 months to develop, it’s an enlargement I the shape of the applicator and firm …..there is always a risk for PAH with cryolipolysis no matter what machine is used .. your repeated illness which sounds like cellulitis-like is not related to coolsculpting . Your skin would have to break to have an infection which CS doesn’t break the skin and if it did somehow it would not be bilateral on both sides

It appears you had the lower face DAO muscle treated which helps with oral commisure /marionette lines .. instead the adjacent muscle called the depressor inferior labalis received some of the neurotoxin product affecting the marginal mandibular nerve . This makes the smile of the lower lip asymmetrical . This will resolve on its own

Air sculpt is the same as chin lipo . They just use audits instead of incisions ( and fancy branding as if it’s a unique treatment ) . If you are concerned about saggy skin then Renuvion /J plasma is a great option to have done with lipo. Skin laxity occurs when patients have advanced age, poor skin quality or history of excessive weight loss. It’s hard to tell from photos alone and you didn’t provide a medical history or age , but many times lipo alone is all that is required.

These are dynamic wrinkles directly under the eye . Filler and neurotoxins in that area are not good options .. lasers such as co2 , microneedling and even Ultherapy will help improve the skin . There are surgical options also but fillers in the tear trough area help with volume loss and not creapiness /wrinkles skin

Large heavy areas if laxity like the thighs will benefit from a surgical thigh lift . alternatively renuvion /J plasma will be of some benefit but won’t be as powerful as a true thigh /body lift surgical procedure m. Doing Cooltone first will not have any negative side effects but you should do coolsculpting first to reduce fat ,. Doing only a single Cooltone treatment is not going to make much if any change as it’s supposed to be a series of 4-6 treatments , not one

Even if there is minor changes a non invasive treatment will never beat something invasive like liposuction .coolsculpting you tend to roll the dice on predicted outcome because you are a very good liposuction candidate which will yield more dramatic results . Each regular applicator of coolsculpting removes 40 cc of fat( you had 4 , (so approximately 160cc of fat was reduced ) , whereas the Average liposuction case removes 1500-2000 cc for the areas you had treated .
