Absolutely!
Pelvic floor surgery is done to correct the laxity of the vaginal wall and to improve damage that has occurred to the pelvic floor. The mesh is used to reinforce this correction. However, the tissue continues to age and undergo changes as we mature and go through the hormone changes of menopause. Often, after surgery you are encouraged to continue doing Kegel exercises to keep up the strength of the muscles that support the pelvis.

Thank you for your question and pictures.
It is very normal to see swelling immediately after PRP injections around the eyes. It can take up to 2 weeks to completely settle.
I would suggest continuing to ice the area, use a longer acting antihistamine such as Certrizine and sleep with your head slightly elevated.
If the swelling persists beyond the 2 weeks you should see your practitioner for re-evaluation.

The areas of concern that you have pointed out can definately be lessened by using filler to your lower face. Projecting your chin, filling the submental crease and enhancing your jawline would help to smooth out those areas and reduce the shadowing.

Persistent irregularity after lip filler

Thank you for your question and photos. I am sorry you did not get the result you were looking for with your lip treatment.
The only way to deal with the irregularities at this point would be to have it dissolved with Hyaluronidase and start again with a different injector. Trying to add more filler to correct the problem often enhances the irregularities further.

At 5 weeks post filler the swelling and bruising should be completely resolved.
It does appear that you have a slight asymmetry on the upper left side. While it is not likely that the bruising “pushed away” the filler it may have made it difficult for your injector to judge how much filler went in to that area when he was injecting. Lower face sagginess is a common problem after significant weight loss. It results from volume loss at the lateral aspects of the face.
