While it is not unheard of the get CoolSculpting after liposuction surgery, it is certainly unusual for a patient such as yourself to consider it, based on your photographs. Diet and exercise are the best way to maintain and even improve your results after any body contouring procedure. I’ve noticed that some patients tend to fixate on the areas where they have had work done. I would recommend to give it some time before considering to undergo another procedure.

It is very difficult to make a good judgment without a photo or an in-person observation. I will say that many of my patients at our Los Angeles-based practice come to us with the sort of “saddle bags” at the thighs just as you are describing. They are quite pleased with their results.

You are still young and quite slender. I do not believe that you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck or any other excisional procedure just yet.
