A quite common treatment that we perform , in my experience the use of soft fillers will offer a better aesthetic and longer lasting results than anti-wrinkles. Not uncommonly a combination of both may be required .

I do agree that a better and safer option is to use fat transfer to the face as this will give you a longer lasting results using your own body fat .

Hello Kim ,
Looking at your side profile I would suggest a better option would be to do a jaw contouring ( using a combination of fillers ? chin dissolving “Belkyra” ) . That would give a better definition and would look more natural .

Hello,
Under eye wrinkles is not easy to treat and would most likely require a combination of different treatments including PRP, Laser , some specific fillers ( thin ) . I found thin fillers, if injected strategically and in deeper lanes provide the most satisfying results .
