Active FX is good for tightening especially around the eyes and eyelids. If you have a concern about saggy looking at lower face, Ultheapy and or lipo or kybella works better. But still, Active FX works well for facial skin tightening. I combine Active FX , Ultherapy, and lipo sometimes for the best result.

If you've never had a filler before, I would recommend Belotero which is one of HA fillers works very good on thin skin. You may start with 1 or 2 syringes for your smile line and mid face together for natural looking.
