Thank you for your question. Sculpsure and Exilis Ultra are both great treatments and can be paired together. Sculpsure will reduce most of the fat while Exilis Ultra can tighten the skin as well as reduce some fat. Although they can be combined in the same treatment plan we do not recommend doing them together in the same day. We would wait at least 24 hours in between modalities if treating the same area. Thank you for your question. Results do vary person to person, and although Sculpsure is not a weight loss solution, it does provide up to 24% fat reduction. You can also lose inches to the treated areas. I recommended returning for your follow up to review before and after photos with your provider. Coolsculpting on the buttocks is not encouraged, however areas around the buttocks such as the "banana roll" which is the area under the buttocks or outer thighs can be treated with Coolsculpting. The best thing to do is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and the results you are seeking. Thank your for your question. Coolsculpting only targets subcutaneous fat which rests above the muscle. Therefore the muscle is not affected during the treatment. I suggest returning for your follow up and discussing your concerns with your Coolsculpting provider.

Thank you for your question. CoolMini is one of Coolsculpting's applicators. It is meant for smaller areas such as the chin. The Coolsculpting provider during your consultation can assess you to determine how many applications or treatments you may need. Typically for the CoolMini 2 treatments is recommended but that may vary person to person along with the cost.
I see most doctors say CoolSculpting for arms gives best results for fat arms but will my arms sag?

Thank you for your question. The Coolsculpting provider will determine if you are a good candidate for Coolsculpting the arms. If you have skin laxity to the arms already you may not be a good candidate or the treatment can be paired with some skin tightening treatments. If there is enough fat there, most of the time the Coolsculpting procedure can be used to reduce the fat to the arms and your skin may retract nicely, since the procedure is a gradual process.
Is CoolMini for the chin very safe? Is it linked to autoimmune diseases, cancer or heart problems?

You will need a consultation first to determine how many applications you may need to get the best treatment. Retreatment to the area may also be needed to achieve optimal results. The Sculpsure treatment can be uncomfortable. Each patient tolerates the treatment differently and the area being treated also plays a role in how the patient will feel.
In our office we try to set the expectations for the patient prior to treatment. We do advise them that the treatment is uncomfortable but tolerable.
We ask the patients to bring things to distract them and we also have a TV in each treatment room so patients can watch Netflix.

Thank you for your question. In our practice we actually combine the two treatments together on the same day. We start with microneedling first followed by the Laser Genesis. The Laser Genesis actually helps reduce redness after microneedling and both help to minimize pores and improve texture. Laser Genesis is a mild non-ablative laser so waiting two weeks to have the microneedling procedure is also very safe.

Since we all age, skin laxity may become more prominent and it is important to keep up with proper skincare, in this case with maintenance treatments with Thermismooth Body. We usually recommended 9 months-1 year returning for another series of treatments.

Thank you for your question. Sculpsure is an amazing treatment to reduce fat permanently to the treated area. Sculpsure is a two part treatment with the second treatment to be completed 6 weeks after the initial treatment. Most of our patients do start to see results even before the 6 week retreatment. It is a great treatment for patients with minimal and larger amounts of subcutaneous fat.

Thank you for your question. The post care that Lutronic provides state that you may use ice packs covered in cold sterile gauze immediately after the Infini procedure as needed for comfort and inflammation. During the treatment we do apply cold saline gauze to provide relief in between passes for our patients. We recommended using a hyaluronic acid serum immediately after the treatment and switching to a mild cream base 24-48 hours after the procedure.

I would recommend scheduling a consultation to determine if you are a candidate and how many applications you will need.
