I would treat you with volume to your cheeks with Sculptra and/or Voluma as I believe they are more predictable than fat, particularily in a young woman. Also, much easier and less invasive. It is very important that you choose an expert injecting physician to perform your treatment. Minimal excess skin of the lower eyelid can be corrected with a "skin pinch" of the skin procedure. It is performed under local anesthesia in our office. It involves removing a small amount of skin just below the lower eye lashes. Otherwise an ablative laser treatment with fractionated CO2 laser would help, but I would not advise laser in a dark skinned patient. You are very young for blepharoplasty, I would recommend waiting 5 to 10 years and then re-evaluating your concerns....

It's usually better to have a skin tightening procedure prior to fillers. Some fillers are okay along with a radiofrequency treatment such as Profound Rf, Morpheus, or Sylfirm. It does appear that the treatment to dissolve filler in your face with kenalog and 5FU have caused subcutaneous atrophy. It is most likely a permanent effect. After examining you, I would likely treat you with bioregenerative fillers like Sculptra and/or hyperdilute Radiesse to replace your lost volume. Hello M,
I agree with not removing your buccal fat. I would likely treat you with some lateral cheek filler (Voluma and or Sculptra.). You may also benefit from properly placed botox in your masseter muscles to slightly narrow your lower posterior cheek area (where you have red circles on your photos.) Hi Jen,
I would treat your face with the biostimulatory injection treatment Sculptra. The right side of your face would take more than your left. The injections are placed under muscle over bone and stimulate your body to create your own collagen over a 2 to 3 month period. I have had great success with this treatment and it is very safe.
