Jes started her nursing career at NYU as a Urology/GYN nurse. She then pursued travel nursing where she gained experience in cardiac, orthopedics, kidney/liver transplant, burn, adult and pediatric care while exploring living in Miami, Philadelphia and Los Angeles. Jes was a charge nurse at Hospital for Special Surgery PACU prior to switching gears to aesthetic nursing. She has worked for world renowned plastic surgeon Dr. David Hidalgo for over ten years and was trained in injectable cosmetics by esteemed plastic surgeon and author of Atlas of Aesthetic Face and Neck Surgery, Dr. Gregory Latrenta. Hi! Thank you for your question. In my experience, I would not recommend having two different injectors inject your lip the same day. One reason not to is because you will have swelling from your first appointment, by the time you get to your second appointment. Therefore, they won't be able to accurately tell how your lips look. Thank you for this question! I get asked this daily at my office, and I always make note during consultations of the person's asymmetry. Everyone is asymmetrical. It just varies in degrees and reasons why. In my experience the use of fillers have been a great way to help balance and create a more symmetrical face. Reducing heaviness of nasolabial folds

In the past when when I have treated male patients for heaviness at nasolabial folds, I have taken a two pronged approach. I first work on replenishing volume lost to cheeks and lateral aspect of the face.
