What type of filler +approx # of syringes to treat my hollow orbital rim area? Would it lift my f
One syringe

Feb 2, 2019
My suggestion is to work on the cheek bones first. You should obtain a mild lift in the lower facial area and there’s likely going to be some improvement in the hollowing under the eyes. A close second would be the central cheek area. You appear to be very lean and have fat loss in this area. Remember, realistically once syringe will not correct all of your concerns. I encourage you to seek the expertise of a board-certified specialist for consultation and treatment.

It should be no problem to have Botox one week before surgery. Good luck with your surgery!
What is the the difference between Volift and Volbella for lip treatment?
Vobella vs Volift for lips
Jan 17, 2019
Jan 17, 2019
Vobella is a lovely choice for soft natural restoration of lip volume loss and fine lines within the lips themselves. Some women love the bounce of full generous lips accompanied by more projection. Volift is a good choice for these patients. Both give great results but it depends what you are looking for. Volift may last a little longer in the lip.

Slow filler

Jan 13, 2019
You can absolutely have one syringe at a time for further treatment. Keep in mind however that significant physical changes often happened with multiple syringes to treat all concerns and problems. It is typical for 2 to 4 syringes to be done in one session if there are multiple treatment concerns including tear trough, cheeks, lips, lower facial volume enhancement The alternative is to wait a few months in order to have the treatment meet your budget, and then a…
Is it risky to inject Volbella under the eyes without a cannula?
Tear trough with cannula

Jan 9, 2019
Both techniques are low risk to the patient overall but I do prefer a cannula since there is less bruising. Regardless of technique, I highly recommend you choose a board certified dermatologist or plastics surgeon with experience in this delicate technique. One to two syringes is typical.
How much filler would I need for tear troughs?
Tear trough

Vobella is a great choice for tear troughs. A thorough assessment will be helpful to determine if a more long lasting product like Voluma in the lateral cheeks and temples may correct your tear trough concerns without tear trough injection. One syringe of Vobella 1cc in total is usually enough for tear troughs. Some patients require a second syringe after reassessment in one month.
Is clindamycin & nicotinamide gel useful for scar and pores? If no, then what is for them?
Acne and acne scar treatment
Jan 9, 2019
Jan 9, 2019
Topical Clindamycin is used to control active acne. Nicotinamide is an anti-inflammatory agent and helps to reduce and sooth redness. It sounds like you may have some ongoing acne and/or mild acne which is triggered by your microneedling scar treatment. Generally, microneedling is not performed over active acne areas so that the acne is not irritated. Microneedling is one of many acne scar treatments but does require multiple treatments over time for…
