Most tummy tucks involve repairing the muscle/fascia layer which requires time to recover. I recommend my patients avoid lifting over 10 pounds or so for up to eight weeks after a tummy tuck. Ask your intended surgeon what they recommend.

Based on your photos things seem to becoming along fine as far as your recovery. It can take many weeks to months to get the final shape and size. Follow closely with your surgeon to be sure that nothing is being missed.

Swelling of the lower tummy is not uncommon at this time. There is a risk of a seroma or fluid pocket in the area so be sure to check with your surgeon to rule that out.

You may want to check with your surgeon as to what they think of the coolsculpting and planned tubal. It is unlikely that the coolsculpting will be a problem with the tubal but it depends on where the tubal incision will be.

It is not uncommon for the incisions for a breast augmentation to be a little higher than the fold. It can be helpful if you are wearing a bikini and it rides up a bit such that the incision is hidden still. Bottoming out is more related to the location of the implant in relation to the nipple. Your photos aren't too helpful to determine implant location and we don't have a timeline. Check with your surgeon to be sure that things are going fine.

Sounds like your surgeon made a bit of a boo boo while talking to you. Be sure to ask them to check their notes the day of surgery. Ask them to mark on your breasts the implant sizes prior to going to sleep.
