It is difficult to appreciate the area which bothers you because there is a slight difference in the positioning and lighting between the photographs. It would be advisable to look for a facility which has the latest , petite applicator, and see if you would be a candidate. Re treatment of the upper part of the thigh may reduce some of the fat deposit in that area and help to better contour it to your liking.

I looked carefully at your pictures and the presence of the filler is hardly visible. Unfortunately Bellafill is a collagen based filler with methylmethacrylate which is not indicated for use in the tear trough area. There is no substance which can dissolve this product. The best may be to just wait until it undergoes enzymatic dissolution, to avoid other type of complications.
