Judging by the pictures you have provided I would suggest to
consider Sculptra for the whole face rejuvenation. Unlike fillers such as
Radiasse and Juvederm, Sculptra is poly L lactic acid in a particle form which
makes you produce your own collagen when injected under your skin. This product
can be injected to restore sunken temples and to correct flat and drooped areas
that occur as we age in the mid and

I will make my
recommendations based on the pictures provided, but just remember that in
person consultation may yield other options for correction. To slim your face,
I would recommend Bototx injections in the masseter. Masseter is the large
muscle for chewing and is located at the angle of the lower jaw. Botox
injections relax the muscle and make it less bulky which helps to achieve more
of an oval shape. I would also recommend a small amount of a filler like
Juvederm Ultra Plus or Perlane...

feel very confident that you can achieve very good results and improve not only
your profile but facial proportions with fillers. There are a few areas that I
think can benefit from volume replacement and give you a more balanced look.
Juvederm Voluma is a great filler for cheek volume replacement, it is also the
longest lasting (2 years), but at the same time reversible if you are not happy
with the results. I also notice prominent tear trophs that can be corrected

If you are prone to cold sores whenever you have any
treatment of the lips or surrounding area it may reactivate it. So you always have to inform your provider
about your history so we can give you prophylactic treatment for the outbreak
which usually involves taking a few antiviral pills. Other treatments that may
reactivate the virus are chemical peels and lasers.

I would suggest not to give up on Sculptra. It is a great
product that stimulates your own collagen production, but the results are very
slow to appear and may take up to a full year to progress to the final effect.
The result is also dependent on how much of Sculptra is injected: 3 bottles are
an advised minimum but someone who is very thin and in her 50’s six bottles
would be appropriate to achieve visible volume correction. Additional fillers
