I do not believe that the pain you are experiencing in between your eyebrows and nose is related to the Botox treatment you had 4 months ago. Botox is a medicine that works on the muscles and synapses of our nerve endings for a short time. As like any medicine its effects only last so long and then the body metabolizes out. What I would recommend for this situation is to treat the area with a radio frequency or ultrasound therapy. These treatments have been successful in our office for these types of problems. Hello, thank you for your question. It would be safe for you to have a Microneedling treatment 2 weeks after having a laser Genesis. When I am trying to improve acne scars on patients I typically recommend a combination treatment that includes Microneedling and Genesis. Usually I say way 2 to 3 weeks between Genesis and Microneedling, but wait 4 weeks between Microneedling and Genesis. This is what I use after performing and Infini, Microneedling or anything other procedure that could benefit from PRP. In my practice we tell our patients swelling could last up to a week, and the areas that get the most swollen is around the eyes and mouth area. Taking Benadryl is a great idea, and something else I would add would be to sleep with your head elevated with a couple pillows.
