Fractora treatments are typically spaced 4 weeks apart when performing the series to allow the skin to heal in between treatments. Ultherapy treatments are not the same but similar in that heat is used to denature the collagen and invoke a healing response in the skin to rebuild new collagen.
Full healing after one procedure is always recommended before performing another procedure in the same area.
It's interesting that you are doing both Ultherapy and Fractora so often....

This is absolutely normal and typically subsides within just a few days after the procedure. Elevation of your head while you sleep will minimize this as well as using ice packs after your procedure. If you are doing a series of Fractora treatments make sure you remind your treatment provider that this occurred on your last treatment.
As long as the swelling subsided quickly, no changes to your treatment would be recommended.

Based on your photos you posted, you are not too fat for a CoolSculpting treatment. You can expect to need multiple applicator placements for full coverage of the entire abdomen. You will get a modest reduction with the first treatment but can expect to need an additional treatment in each area on your abdomen after 3 months have passed to get even more reduction.

The thicker the fat layer the more likely you will need an additional treatment to get the results you want....

There is no contraindication to performing CoolSculpting on a part of your body with a mole. CoolSculpting does not affect the skin, only the fat.

It appears that your liposuction was to the outer thigh area and the results look really great. I would start by asking the surgeon that performed the surgery if the banana roll area was treated at all with liposuction. It appears to be similar in size and shape to the before photo.

If this area was not treated with liposuction then it's most likely not a significant amount of swelling and just the fat that was there previously.

What you are experiencing is absolutely normal and expected. CoolSculpting is a medical procedure and the injury to the fat cells during the treatment causes swelling.
