Yes your assessment is spot on. You will need release of scar tissue with periareolar incision, mastopexy and breast augmentation. There is no implant size standard for a 'C' cup. The surgeon will give you a range of breast implants that can fit based on your chest wall measurements and then you can chose in that range. Vectra 3D analysis is a very helpful tool in determining the implant size as well. Most doctors are offering virtual consultation at this time. All the best!

Hello designthinker,looking at your pictures it certainly looks like you will need both tummy tuck and liposuction. Unfortunately you also have flat buttocks and hips. you may benefit from staging the procedures - first procedure would be lipo 360 with fat grafting to hips and buttocks (above muscle only). 2nd stage in a few months would be a tummy tuck. The retail industry bra 'cup' size is not a standard, it differs between different bra companies and there is also no real co-relation to implant size. To determine the right implant size for you to achieve the look you want, I recommend a detail in person examination, measurements will be made and a range of correct sizes recommended. Vectra 3D technology can also be used to determine the right size along with placing different size implants in a Brassiere.Good luck

Based on your wish photo - you will need a lift of your Nipple-areola only to achieve that result . You will need a periareolar mastopexy . In your wish photo the nipples are located in the middle of the breast . Your before shows nipples on the lower aspect of the breast . The only way to change the position of the nipples relative to your breast is by doing a lift . Hope that helps . Good luck

You have a mild degree of ‘Tuberous breast’, that’s why they appear conical with large areola . You will need breast augmentation and periareola mastopexy. These surgeries can be absolutely combined together in a healthy patient with no medical problems. I don't know of any regulation against it. We do like to keep the surgery within a certain number of hours for safety reasons so if you like a large volume liposuction maybe thats why your doctor is advising against combining them ?

Can you post more pictures with your arms down and also one from the side . I would like to see your nipple position in relation to your breast fold with your arms down . However, I don’t think you will need an inverted T lift. a periareolar mastopexy ( scar around the entire areola ) May work well, of a permanent suture is used to make the areola smaller, then it is unlikely it will stretch over time

From the pictures , your main problem seems to be the protrusion of the abdominal wall, which might be due to diastasis of rectus muscle - this can be determined on physical exam. If thats the case, your best best fora flat tummy is to repair the muscle separation during a tummy tuck. An in person exam is best to determine this. The photographs you have posted, don't show the extent of your fold clearly. If you absolutely don't like the tummy tuck scar, significant improvement can still be seen with liposuction but it will not remove the lose skin.
