Effects of Botox and similar products are limited to injection site. I agree with previous comments that a further investigation is needed.

The location of the reaction is located away from the site of injection. Any possible effect or reaction to Botox is localized at the injection site. Most likely this is an unrelated event for which you need to see your PCP for further evaluation.

CO2 laser is used traditionally for rejuvenation. For Acne scars there are better options that are FDA approved for that particular purpose, Icon laser is one. I recommend that you consider a consultation with a specialist at laser center that offers that option.

I am sorry, but I can give you smart skin CO2 laser go to settings, for the face I use generally 24 W, spot size 500, and Dwell 1000 for the face area and 26 W spot size 600 for the neck. Those are general parameters, they are to be tailored and adjusted depending on the patient.

Yes. No problem at all.

The location where the filler was used is an important clue. It is most likely a hematoma given the speed of the swelling formation. If the swelling is not resolved within 48 hours, it is not a bad idea to make a follow appointment with your practitioner. Most fillers are very forgiving when injected in excessive amounts and a simple massage would redistribute them easily. there are rare complications of fillers that need to be kept in mind.

No it won't. The purpose of this procedure is to eliminate unwanted wrinkles. There is no effect what so ever on expression.

The vial is used fully once opened. The vial itself is stored at room temp till it's ready to be used. Expiration date and lot number could be removed from individual vial and placed on documentation as it often done with other products.
