My starting dose is usually 1/2mg/kg. I don"t know how much you weigh but that is a high starting dose and i would be concerned that you may have a flare. In general, I start at the lower dose for the first month and if tolerated as far as side effects and labs then I increase to the full 1mg/kg which is usually between 60-80mg depending on weight. See if your doctor or any of the doctors in your area have the Z Wave by Zimmer. It is a device that is based on energy pulses. and this can be helpful with the pain. Yes this looks like what is called comedonal acne It is mostly white heads and can be treated. It often does best with a combination of topical medication (esp Retinoids) as well as with physical treatments such as extractions and peels.

This is a very common problem and something that most Dermatologists see daily.. Treatments can include topical as well as oral medicine for the acne and once that clears then there are many options for the pigmentation including creams and devices such as lasers or chemical peels. This looks like paradoxical hyperplasia. This has been well described and is in the consent that you signed. I would go back and show your doctor and let them examine. My understanding is that the company will take care of this for you and they will recommend liposuction. Talk to your doctor.

Not likely. The cells will be metabolized by your system naturally . Also results may take 3 months so patience is important

Yes this should be fine. I have a patient who gets these treatments in her 90s. The results may not be dramatic so I would worry more about disappointment than I would worry about side effects/safety . Often at this age there are a lot of details that can be treated and by treating one small area, the others can become more noticeable.

The number of units that you had was within normal standards. Some people with saggy eyelids can get a strange appearance after that area is treated, however , most are fine. Best news is that this will wear of in 3-4 months.. I would try to communicate more clearly with your doctor so that next time he is aware of exactly where and how you want the injections.

It looks like these are bruises at the site of the puncture i would use cold compresses to help with the swelling and be patient. It is too early to have the hyaluronidase. Re check in a week with the injector. Steroids can help with the swelling but I wouldn't go there right away
I had 2ml of Juvederm put into my lips. I noticed my lips are uneven and lumpy. Any suggestions?

I would let your provider know but I suspect it will be ok. If there is a bruise on that side you may be uneven until that resolves. Lips are very prone to swelling and you need to plan ahead for that

My response is not a legal one but an ethical and practical one. Why would you go to the cheapest person foe something that could affect your appearence for 4 months. ? Also, if your provider is skilled they will be confident enough to charge an appropriate fee for their services. If it is too low of a price, they may be using a lesser quality in some other area. Integrity and trust is worth a lot

This sounds like benign sun damage however the brown spot should be examined by a dermatologist. If it is atypical,they will want to remove it and evaluate it under the microscope. If it looks harmless then they will be able to offer you laser or peels to improve the appearance.

It would be useful to see how strong your muscles are and to determine if enough toxin was used. Also, sometimes the movement in the glabella is coming from far lateral and this part of the muscle may not have been adequately treated.

You could get more toxin if you want to have a more complete result. However, I would use more if you feel like you make that scrunch face frequently enough to warrant the additional cost. You may ask your doctor how many units were used this time and ask for more at your 3-4 month visit. Then you will be able to tell if it is worth the additional costs.
