Although CoolSculpting is great for fat reduction, it would not address the skin changes you have from the 3 pregnancies and a significant weight loss. I am guessing based on what I can see in your photograph, you may have some abdominal wall laxity as well. I would recommend plastic surgery consultation for abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) which would address all of your current belly concerns, including the hysterectomy scar. Best of luck to you!

Your photo looks like what I would expect for one week post treatment. You are still early in the healing phase. It may take 2 - 3 weeks post treatment for the needle marks to be completely gone. I recommend a series of 3 treatments at 4-6 week intervals for optimal treatment of acne scars.

In general, medical insurance does not cover tummy tucks, but there are some other procedures that may help, including panniculectomy which is often a covered procedure. I would recommend a plastic surgery consultation to identify the details of the problem and the medical necessity of having surgical treatment. Best of luck to you!

Excision may be the right solution depending upon the size and location of your scars, as well as your skin type. In general, small facial excisions heal extremely well.
