Hi there. In some situations I have done both procedures on the same day, with low energy pulsed dye laser first.
After a chemical peel, however, I would wait at least 2 weeks before having pulsed dye laser.

I recommend connecting with your prescriber to answer this question for you individually, thbut ere is no interaction between these medicines and I have done this very thing in patients who are slower to respond to the Spironolactone. Hi there. While we use caution with VIN, as long as it is closely monitored by your gynecologist, there is no reason to believe radiofrequency treatments such as Femme 360 would cause any harm to the tissue.
For mild to moderate urinary incontinence, we have had fantastic results in our office with this device.

Hi there. That scar is located over a muscle called the orbicularis oris, which is a muscle that squeezes your eye closed. It moves like an accordion, so firmer tissue like a scar moves as a bulk instead of normal skin that would exhibit more elasticity.
For treatment, I think Botox or Dysport would help decrease muscle movement and “bunching”, and microneedling could help improve the texture of the scar. Hope this helps. Dr. Sawyer

Hi there. In my 15 years of laser experience I have always gotten great results with my pulsed dye (VBeam) laser for red scars. In addition to blunting the inflammation, you can get improved results in the actual scar. Low energies are recommended and multiple treatments, but this is the course I would take. Hope this helps! Hi there. Unfortunately nobody can tell you if you are a Coolsculpting candidate without examining your desired treatment areas. A well-trained provider can give you a realistic prediction on how much fat will be lost with treatment. Hi there. I find that my patients with very lean faces do not tolerate much filler without feeling overfilled. I think your physician has chosen the right filler for you, and you will probably love the results. I also find that my physically fit patients often need filler more often than my other patients. Hi there. Unfortunately, hyaluronic acid needs multiple treatments of hyaluronidase to dissolve it, and it is probably impossible to completely dissolve all of it.

I have a few favorites for this treatment. I am now trying to minimize hydroquinone use or use it in pulsing doses. I recommend antioxidants like Vitamin C and other tyrosinase inhibitors such as niacinamide, and in some cases I am writing a prescription for oral tranexamic acid, which can be very helpful. Also there is a strong recommendation now that patients use sunscreens with iron oxide. Avene makes one of this type.

Why am I still getting spots after 8 months of Accutane?

Hi there. It is not uncommon to need more than the basic dose of this medication. I often need to leave patients on the medication for longer than a few months.
You could ask your physician to increase the dose to 40mg per day, but as long as your bloodwork is being monitored, staying on the medication is OK. Hope this helps. Dr. Sawyer
