You have slight skin laxity and with just liposuction, it would likely make that a little worse. At a consultation we are able to do measurements and examine skin laxity and determine after discussing end result goals with the patient what a good cc range would be. I would think you could go a little bigger than 300, but there are a lot of factors that could play into that.
