The size of your breasts after augmentation is dependent on your anatomy. 350 cc is a big implant on a small person so it may be plenty to achieve your goals. If your surgeon does not think you can safely put more than 350cc in then I would not try to go bigger. From the images provided it looks like the scars and not good and perhaps there was some retained nipple tissue from the original surgery. This is the brown tissue below the nipple. Your breasts have a long distance between the nipple and the fold. If you redid the lift all these issue could be addressed. I would speak with your surgeon but its not a bad idea. Otherwise they stay as they are. Good luck.

I suspect your correct that this bump is the lower lateral cartilage. It can be adjusted with a simple surgery but it is surgery. See your surgeon. Good luck.

I think your nose is dramaticly better and will continue to improve for 12-18 months. Press on the bump firmly to reduce it and follow your doctors advice. Good luck.

Your asymmetries are real but not real bad. I suspect the lower lateral cartilages are not symmetrical and when made symmetrical these issues may be improved. See your original surgeon for options. Good luck.

Plastic surgeons in the US are trained to match the nose to the face by using facial dimensions and known aesthetic ratios for the "beautiful people". So a small nose on you may or may not look good. You can do facial imaging to create that nose and then see how it looks on your face. Whether that nose is possible with the nose you currently have is questionable. It would be challenging because of the amount of change and the skin envelope. See a board certified plastic surgeon for advice....

Honestly, there is alot to like about your nose. Refinements to the small dorsal convexity and making the tip cartilages more symmetrical will be about all you need. Be careful.  Good luck.

Yes you are a good candidate for an implant. Because you are so thin with very little tissue to cover an implant, a silicone implant will have no or less vissible rippling than a saline implant. It will also be softer. Textured implants tend to ripple more than smooth implants because the shell is thicker. I would go with a round smooth get implant and you'll do great. The only advantage to saline is that it is less expensive. Silicone is more expensive and worth it. I have no health c...

There are many ways to pick implant size but the most important is to be on the same page with your surgeon. You can do rice in the bra, Vectra/Crisilex imaging, implants in the bra ect. None are exact. Best is to bring your surgeon pictures of what you want to look like and let your surgeon match that by using sizers when your in surgery. Make your you agree on what a big C/small D is. Your anatomy may or may not allow you to be that big if you have not breast feed and stretched your skin...

You do have tuberous breast and they can be fixed with an implant but you will also need a lift to get the correct shape. A circumferential mastopexy will leave a very good scar and will lift and flatten your breasts which is what is needed. See a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
