VASER uses ultrasound energy to break up fat and is a very efficient means of removing fat especially in areas where the fat may be more dense. Laser liposuction uses a laser to produce heat and laser energy to the fat. I primarily use it for small areas where there is a small amount of fat and mild skin laxity. Thank you for the question. 3000 grafts are the most that we do in one setting. I normal head of hair with no thinning has over 50,000 hair follicles so in your case, 2500 would just add some density but you will not have complete coverage.

Thanks for the question. Minor wound issues are not uncommon. Sometimes the stitches that are used cause inflammation and minor wound concerns. I would have your surgeon keep a close eye on the incisions to make sure its healing well.

Fat transfer to the buttocks is a safe procedure. However, just as with any surgical procedure, there are risks that need to be discussed with your surgeon. Fat embolism occurs when the fat is injected too deep and the fat enters a deep blood vessel and travels to the lungs. It is normal to shed hair after a transplant. This is expected and by 3-4 months the hair bulb that was transplanted will grow a new hair follicle. You appear to have capsular contracture on the left which will cause the breast to ride high. The right side may have bottomed out as well.
