If the redness around your belly button has just started recently, it may be irritation from the underlying sutures and I would advise seeing your surgeon. If it is persistent redness that has been there since surgery, it may just be normal healing. If you are using antibiotic ointment on it, you should stop as this could be irritating it further.
Can CoolSculpting cause fat killed off from treated areas to redirect to the breasts?

Thank you for your question. Since Coolsculpting destroys the fat cells treated, they cannot not be redirected to your breast tissue as they no longer exist. If you do notice your breasts becoming larger after Coolsculpting it is most likely due to weight gain or is hormone related.

Your own tissue will always be your best choice. Silicone or Teflon nasal grafts/implants frequently will experience complications. Your options for graft sites include not only your ear but also potentially your nasal septum or rib cartilage, depending upon how much volume you will need. Good luck with your revision surgery.

Hopefully what you are experiencing is postoperative edema or swelling. I would expect it to take longer than 4 weeks to see your final result. The lumps could represent granuloma formation or scarring adjacent to the fat grafting. If that is the case, it may respond to massage, ultrasound or in an aggressive occasion, steroid injections. Steroid injections would be last resort, as controlling the effects is not possible and may result in undesirable outcomes.
