Thank you for your question. The number of fat cells we have in our body is determined in adolescence. Those fat cells will increase or decrease in size as we gain and lose weight. Liposuction removes fat cells from the area that is being addressed. These results are long lasting provided that you maintain your weight and you continue to diet and exercise. Best of luck.

It is going to take time for the implants to settle into their final position and that will likely take several weeks to months before you know the final results from your breast augmentation. I recommend you keep following your surgeons instructions and stay patient.

Thank you for your question. You can have kids after your tummy tuck, but it is better if you were to wait to have a tummy tuck until you are done having kids. Your plication will be stretched out and you will likely have some excess skin after your pregnancy, thus losing the benefit of having surgery in the first place. You raise an excellent point. I have always felt that it is a huge HIPPA risk for insurance to have photos. The larger the breasts are preoperatively the more likely the patient is to have challenges with healing. An anchor technique or Wise pattern resection would not have obviated you from having wound healing problems. Thank you for your question.  It is hard to tell from the photo whether liposuction would be helpful in addressing your concerns. If you are planning on losing weight I would attempt that first. The best cosmetic results are in patients with a BMI of under 30. If you were to get liposuction now, and then go on to lose weight then you would likely need an additional procedure. Your risk of complications is also much less with BMI of less than 30. Good luck.

Thank you for your question. Yes, hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to augment and sculpt your lips. You can soften the appearance of Cupid's bow with fillers, but it will not be able to completely remove. I hope it helps.

Everyone has asymmetry in their breasts. The incisions are at different levels because your folds were at different levels preoperatively. It takes several months to know the final results. Thank you for your question. It is hard to tell from the photos whether or not that you need a lift. The problem with fat transfer is that not all of the fat that is transferred takes. Approximately 30-50% of the transferred fat will get reabsorbed. I think you would be better off with implants as the volume that is added is predictable. I would find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and schedule a consult.
