I recommend a consultation at an office that specializes in this type of treatment. Coolsculpting does reduce fat in the upper arm area, however, if the area being treated is larger than the applicator you may not get the desired results.

After the swelling fully subsides from your previous lipo I would recommend researching z wave therapy. We use the zimmer after every Coolsculpting patient as well as after our Lipo patients. It gives a much more even result.

After having a full 2ml injected in your lips there should be a substantial difference. I recommend you try lip implants or even possibly fat injections from your own body. You may metabolize filler a little quicker then most people.

The size of the orbits of the human skull can create different volumes for the eyes to fill. If one volume is different that the other asymmetry can occur.  This is not considered ptosis,  Sagging of the eye lid is measured more by the lid margins relation to the pupil.  Asymmetry of the lid margin to the light reflex is another measurement that can be compared as well. Ptosis can be repaired during a your blepharoplasty and is something to consider when having your eyes lifted.

The most exciting product for smokers lines currently I have been using is Vobella. this softened new filler can be placed superficially and provides smoothness without the hugeness. PRP combined with filler and laser resurfacing also help provide a more thorough treatment. Microneedling and PRP can added or replace the laser resurfacing if budget concerns exist. these treatments are all complimentary to each other.

From the sounds of it you'd be a great tummy tuck candidate. i would echo the other plastic surgeons comments and suggest that you stay on your current healthy nutritional intake and exercise as it will aid in your recovery and improve your results. Surgery is the most effective way of removing the excessive skin and fat displayed in the photo. Enjoy the exciting changes ahead.

I have liked adding Voluma to the lower eyelid cheek area to lift the cheeks and create more convexities than concavities. If not Voluma stem cells work well too. I would also say that this not an either or sistuation as lid lifts remove excess and position the soft tissues precisely where as the fillers can improve tissue deflation tightening the skin and creating softer contours. I often use together.
I'm 32 and considering a facelift. My face just looks saggy and old for my age. What do you think? (P

Enhance your look with volume. Stem cells and structural fat may be excellent choices for you to consider. Vist your local plastic surgeon and discuss these options.

I would recommend waiting until you are feeling completely ready for the life change a tummy tuck entails. It can be a very emotional "pumping and dumping" for some and make one feel unneeded stress during their recovery. I would suggest thinking about waiting until you are done breast feeding and have weaned completely as this may trigger unneeded worry in the future. Enjoy motherhood!
Please clarify that this is not intrabdominal fat. Is future Tummy Tuck result shown when laying down

From the looks of the pictures there is some intra abdominal fat component to your waist however a significant improvement with a tummy tuck will be seen. This is best determined at the time of your consultation with a trained plastic surgeon. From pictures this can be hard to evaluate. I would have more concern with regards to the striae atrophicae and elastosis senilis resulting in recurrent laxity of the skin following surgery. Great questions.
