The needles depth determine to what layer of the skin is the energy delivered. If the operator goes to deep then they can burn fat. Try to buy something with peptides that stimulate fat plumping, like Alastin Skin Complex.
RF microneedling gave me crepey skin and uneven texture. How can I treat this?

Did you get the RF in the entire face? I do see some irregularity on this picture, but perhaps the results are due to an unexperienced operator. I would recommend to go back to the person who did it and try to get it fixed. You can do a chemical peel, more RF or continue to use retinols. Hope this helps.

Sorry this happened to you. Perhaps trying a good HA, and also retinol 0.5 may help. But seek an evaluation for a resurfacing laser, that may help the most.

This is a very rare event. If this is on the face or neck, you should be on a good HA, retinol, and make sure to scrub often. Also consult with a dermatologist to see if a resurfacing laser would help. Best of luck.

I cannot really assess the color of your skin from this picture. But in my practice I only do Lumecca up to a Fitzpatrick 4. Anything higher than that runs the risk of hypopigmentation that could be permanent. I would get recommendations from the doctor for post skin care, or go to a dermatologist with IPL experience.
