Hello Amyzflying,Thank you for sharing your question with us. We typically will allow for arnica use as well as anti-inflammatory medications post Kybella treatments if you feel the need for added comfort. Lymph type massage as well will not interfere with your result. If you are being treated for an active infection I would not recommend proceeding with CoolSculpting or any other elective procedure until that problem is fully resolved. Sun exposure is not typically discussed as a “precaution” during consultation or as part of post treatment instructions. Unfortunately there is nothing you could do on your own to remedy what you have described other than wait the 3-4 months for all the Botox to wear off. If you are 10-14 days out from your Botox injections simply return to your injector and placement of a couple of units above the area of concern will fix it rather quickly and nicely. Be well.

Hello MelBrady,Thank you for your question. Using CoolSculpting and Kybella under the chin has been done and results have been quite nice. Sounds as though most of the “debulking” has been done with CoolSculpting and now using Kybella to fine tune or “clean up” is a very reasonable approach. Hello Jacquelinesuzanne,Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. No need to panic all Botox wears off and changes seen are not permanent. Although in the majority of people this occurs in 3-4 months it is not impossible to last six months. Might be a good idea to look closely at your before pictures and see how much, if any, of these changes may have been there before the Botox. Be patient.

Hello doug5683,Thank you for sharing your question and photos with us. Always best to go about this incrementally for best and “natural” results. We would start with one syringe and re-evaluate in two weeks when all has settled in and decide whether a second one is desired. Much easier and more natural to add a little at a time than try and remove when overfilled. From you photos you can expect a very nice result.

Hello ticfamily,Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. I am not aware of any reports from the trials or since its worldwide use of blood clots or fat embolism after CoolSculpting treatments which can be associated with liposuction. Very safe and effective treatment.
