I've seen two cases, one of my own and another performed elsewhere.  In both cases there was obvious fullness and firming of the treated area.  Treatment is liposuction, and the fat can be more difficult than surrounding areas to remove.

Getting Kybella in an area treated by Coolsculpting a week earlier will not yield either treatment useless.  Multiple treatments of either are often needed, but it's best to wait between treatments.

At this point, any unevenness between the sides is probably not from swelling.  Even though you "chew up" the filler, I would recommend a soft filler to finesse and get the symmetry.

Both filler and Botox will help improve your scar - filler to replace the lost volume, and Botox to release the downward muscle pull.  However, filler will do most of the heavy lifting.  Another subcision may be needed if the skin is tethered down.

Yes, you can get lipo under your chin even after having Kybella.  However, it would probably be prudent to wait until the swelling after Kybella has resolved.

It's too early to see results 3 weeks after abdominal lipo.  Even though you feel that there is no more swelling, there is.  It can take 3 - 6 months for it to resolve.

Scars can take 6 -12 months to fully mature.   To help improve the results, you may wish to consider using a silicone based gel or silicone pads.  Other treatments including fractional resurfacing, microneedling, and dermabrasion can also help improve the appearance of scars if need be.

Firstly, you must get your acne under control.  I would likely recommend a combination of creams and pills.  Some of the creams not only treat acne, but also help brighten and even the tone of your skin.  Chemical peels can also help with tone.
For the scars, microneedling would be best after your acne is controlled.

Hi,You are referring to injecting Botox into the bite muscles which can lead to a squared appearance when enlarged.  Usually 20-30 units are injected per side.  Most providers charge by the number of units used.  In my area, it would generally fall in the range of $500 to $700 for 25 units per side (50 units total).

You are right in that physician administered treatments will give better results.  But, it is important to know that complete smoothing of your skin is not likely possible - improvement is.   Also, optimal improvement may take multiple treatments over time.Having said that, you would probably do best with a combination of fractional CO2, TCA CROSS treatments, and possibly punch excisions.Fractional CO2 would be the mainstay of treatment.  Multiple sessions would be needed.  Cost differs ...
