Yes you would be a great candidate for a labiaplasty minora and i would most likely do the trim technique on you. No i do not believe you need a clitoral hood reduction based upon your pictures.

Yes you would be a great candidate for a unilateral labiaplasty minora. It is not unusual to find one labia large than the other one. Yes you do have a clitoral hood and it seems to be normal on appearance. Hope this helps!

I believe this is likely surgeon dependent. I personally feel that I am able to achieve the best results under I.V. sedation or general anesthesia.

If considering more children i would not recommend a Vaginoplasty unless you are planning on having c-sections to avoid further relaxation and stretching of the vaginal canal. However, you do not need to be done childbearing with a Labiaplasty.

This surgeon dependent. I perform both procedure. I make that decision based upon what the patient desires and what I believe the most cosmetically pleasing. In my own hands, i do not find a higher complication rate with one or the other. Hope this helps!

The remnants of tissue that you see is what we refer to as "hymenal remnants" . This is completely normal in all women when the hymen is perforated. If bothersome, this can be surgically removed. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the question. Vaginal looseness is very common after chilldbirth and laser vaginal rejuvenation is a great non-surgical option for women who are not done having kids but would still like to improve tightening of the vaginal canal. The Juliet is a nice in office Yag laser that cannot only help tighten to improve vaginal sensitivity during intercourse for both you and your partner but also help improve lubrication and treat mild urinary incontinence. That would all depends on your surgeon. Our patients that are prone to get yeast or bacterial infections are typically prescribed preventative antibiotics to avoid developing these types of infections.

In regards to your second question, to help alleviate bruising, swelling and redness occurring from surgery, we give all of our patients arnika.

Going off your photo, you would not be a good candidate for a clitoral hood reduction. If the looseness is bothersome, then vaginal tightening might be a better solution. This will help to tighten the inner canal as well as the opening of the vagina.
