Based on your pictures, your tattoo appears to be all black ink, and you had really good results after only 1 treatment. Typically, black ink is the easiest to lighten - so that's good news! It sounds as if keloid scarring may have occurred. If that is the case, I would recommend seeing a medical provider to treat the scar prior to starting laser tattoo removal. Typically, keloids require steroid treatment, either topical or intralesional. Once treated, laser tattoo removal should be effective.

Dry skin is the most common side effect of Retin A. Your side effects indicate that the product is working! You simply need to use the product less. While issues persist, use the product once per week. Then, use it twice per week, and so on. Gradually work your way up to using the product every night. Many patients are only able to use Retin A every other night, so don't be in a hurry. At any point, if your skin starts to feel irritated, simply reduce the frequency of use.

Be patient. Sculptra stimulates your body to rebuild collagen, which takes months. One treatment is definitely not enough though to correct laugh lines. 2-3 vials is almost always needed to see improvement. The best thing to do is to wait at least 3-6 months to see the full effect of the one treatment you've had. If you don't want to wait that long, you could use a more rapidly effective filler in the area like Juvederm, Restylane or Radiesse. Sculptra is not a line filler....

Combination treatment is almost always needed for scars like the ones you describe. In my clinic, I start with subcising the scars under the surface of the skin to release the scar tissue pulling the scar down. Then, I often do a combination chemical peel to even out the icepick scars and smooth the surface followed by a hyaluronic acid filler just as Juvederm or Restylane to the area if needed.
