Based on your photos, I see irregular texture and pigmentation. I recommend starting with some filler like Volbella, which can be injected very close to the surface of the eyelid to improve the texture. You may need some bleaching cream, chemical peels, and fractional laser resurfacing to improve the pigmentation.

Although I cannot diagnose and treat your medical condition over the internet, I can generally say that the best cleanser to deep clean, exfoliate the skin, and unclog pores is one with salicylic acid. The maximum non-prescription strength of Salicylic Acid is 2%. An affordable option is the Dr. Lin Skincare Daily Cleanser. It is a gentle formulation and contains arbutin to help to lighten dark blemishes too.

Tear troughs on the cheeks can be treated with a dermal filler. For you, I would recommend Restylane.

1) Restylane is long-lasting, but not permanent. Lasts about 1 year.

2) Doesn't seem to swell excessively like Juvederm sometimes can.

3) Is reversible with Hylauronidase, in case you don't like it.
