You can find an experienced injector- physician who can inject filler into this area. This is a high risk location so make sure you go to a physician who understands facial anatomy and has experience injecting this area. Filler should last about 1 year in this location.

It would help if you can post your pictures. In general, CoolSculpting is not indicated if you have skin laxity(loose skin). It is used to reduce fat under the skin. If you want to improve on skin laxity only, then other treatment options may be more appropriate. Depending on degree of laxity, you might consider non-invasive options such as RF treatments.

Timing doesn’t matter but your weight does. It’s better that you loose weight and then do the next round of treatments. If you are staying at the same weight, you can repeat the treatment any time.
