If there is an active infection any where in the body the use of filler is contraindicated.  I recommend waiting until you are completely off of antibiotics and cleared of infection to proceed with dermal fillers. 
How much will ThermiSmooth improve my eye bags?

In order for ThermiSmooth to work effectively you would need multiple treatments.  Thermage can be an effective alternative.  Of course none of these non-surgical treatments can guarantee one hundred percent removal of your condition.

In my experience the number of treatments you do does not make a difference in terms of pain. A nerve block can be injected to make the injection process painless.

Sculptra is one of the best bio-stimulators in the market.  It is most commonly used as a liquid face lift for facial volume loss, however, it can be used sub-dermally in the gluteal area for stimulation of collagen production and lifting the buttocks.

Can you take any pain medication like baby aspirin after your Sculptra injections?

Voluma would be great for cheek definition.  Voluma would give you an instant result.  Sculptra is a bio stimulator which promotes your tissue to create new collagen.  Both are great options it all depends on your skin, facial structure and goals.
