The problem on your right breast is that it’s already got too much skin and it’s too droopy and doing suction might actually make things even worse. Thank you for your question. At this point it looks like you’re healing well and is unclear as to whether or not you would need any future surgery. I would recommend that you not think too much about for at least six months and at that point if you’re unhappy with your scars have a conversation with your plastic surgeon with respect to revision. The but passed on what I’m seeing in your pictures today you should heal beautifully.

Thank you for your question. If you were undergoing en-block resection then all of the capital will be removed by definition. I would say that this is not too much of an operation to take the capsule versus leaving. Unless the capsule is so scarred into the muscle it usually will come out just fine. Cellulite is a tough problem. Most patients have mild forms of it that are hard to completely clear and mild enough that treats don’t offer a real wow factor. I have cellular and for the most part does a good job improving cellulite but hard to completely clear. So if improvement would make you happy then consider cellular minimally invasive laser treatm7. Thanks for your question. Yes it is ok. If you use a cpap machine you will bring it with you for recovery.I have had main patients under BBL and other cosmetic procedures that have slept apnea and did great. But i would absolutely make sure you are working with a board certified Plastic surgeon and in a accredited surgery center.Good luck
